SECTION 3 — DROPSHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

The Haunt Lab operates using an e-commerce fulfillment model that may involve third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, shipping carriers, and logistics providers.

As a result, products may be manufactured, stored, packaged, or shipped by third parties on our behalf and may be dispatched from locations outside your country of residence.

Products within the same order may, in some circumstances, be shipped separately.

The use of third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment centers, or shipping providers does not remove or reduce any responsibility that applicable consumer law places on The Haunt Lab as the seller.

Where necessary to fulfill an order, customer information may be shared with relevant suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

After submitting an order, you may receive an acknowledgment or confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be authorized.

• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

• Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount as required by law.

Please review your order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Because orders may be transmitted to fulfillment partners shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after submission.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that may apply.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND CHARGES

Prices displayed through our store may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to applicable law and the correction of obvious pricing errors.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers. Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms.

Taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or calculated where applicable.

Depending on the destination country and applicable shipping arrangement, an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other governmental charges.

Where such charges are not included in the purchase price and applicable law permits them to be charged to the customer, the customer may be responsible for paying them.

We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges contrary to applicable consumer law.

Delivery times displayed through our website are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

International orders may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide shipping and delivery information in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers the risk of loss or damage to a consumer earlier than permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and The Haunt Lab.
